Liz was really terrific at handling everything.
Clear communication was the greatest part. Especially when I talked to Elizabeth on the phone, she was able to exaplain everything to me in very very clear manner leaving no amiguity behind.
Lynnette was great! She was very quick to reach out if something was needed to keep the process moving forward or to call me back if I had questions.
