John kept me informed in advance of any milestone and kept ahead of a chaotic few days ahead of the closing. Not easy during COVID.
Communication along the loan process. We needed to initiate follow-up for multiple items. There was a la k of clarity in closing time and the process took over 2 months with no explanation to the delay.
