Better rate also should have done this last year when rates were lower somehow my credit improved. Too much unknown throughout the process .
This closing was a pain - the date was a moving target due to multiple delays. Danielle kept up with the changes and managed to schedule delivery within a day of closing with very little notice. She went above and beyond.
Everything was great with the exception of the fact that I was charged over $700 due to the rate lock expiring which I was not made aware of.
