Communication timeliness. Up to date information
The process felt very one sided and added a fair amount of stress during the process.
Tom did an amazing job. He was always at his phone ready to answer my questions and picked the slack of other representatives. Would highly recommend Tom to anyone. I would hope that Tom relieves a promotion or raise if it is due. Thanks!
It would be better to explain more about the rates.
