Ric was very communicative and all closing documents were prepared ahead of our closing date, so the loan application and underwriting were never a concern for us...we just were confident it would be done!

I have been the treasurer of an HOA for condominiums. I had to deal with many Mortgage companies. Many of them did not seem to know what they were doing. Ric was always professional and knowledgeable. He always answered questions promptly.
