Cindy kept everything moving forward. The only hiccup was on my end with waiting on my tenants to finish the inspection procedure. She answered every question I had with confidence and knowledge.
The other aides did not seem to be in sync with each other and we had to send the same documents over again after having already provided them. They also sent our social security numbers via email and included other unknown parties in the email....
