    I received a great rate. Both the rate and the estimated fees were lower than another company I was considering. The fees then came in even lower at the closing. The coordination with the title company went very smoothly as did the closing....

    I received a great rate. Much lower than another company I was considering. The fees were less than the other company too and came in lower at the closing than the estimate. Pat made the process easy, and the communication was great.
