Communication was great. It's an arduous process so there are always additional docs you have to get. I am very busy during the day, so having someone who can herd me like a cat thru the process made life a lot easier.

When I called Shawn, he picked up immediately after normal working hours and started working on my application that night even though it was after 9pm. Where normal mortgage services asked for at least 30 days to close, Shawn closed in 2 weeks....

Shawn was informative, attentive, and very professional. He was responsive to questions, and available during off-hours. Most importantly, Shawn was always friendly and patient with us. And he got us a great deal! He is a real asset for Embrace....
