I have worked with Mike several times on mortgage financing needs. He's always up-front, quick to respond and easy to work with!

The issues were in the final process. We were given the run around with closing dates and times. Even after arriving For the closing we were told the paperwork had not arrived with the title company and we may need to come back the next day...

Anytime I had a question, Mike was there to answer. If he didn't know, he found out and got back to me.

Mike is an amazing individual. We have worked with him for 13 years. The communication with Lisa, someone in Tennessee was horrible to say the least. We were asked to produce the same documents several times. Closing was not pleasant at all....

Needed more coordination in the gathering of information. Not sure all parties were on the same page when asking for information or providing the status of the loan.
