Good communication and overall experience

Mike was very communicative at first although that did wane some as the loan progressed. I felt like I was not really kept in the loop as the loan kept going back and forth to the processor which was not typical. All in all it was an above...

Mike got back to us quickly on available rates. Mike and his team worked fast and helped us secure a refi with a much lower rate. This is our second time working with Mike and he has our business for life.
