It felt super easy. Everyone usually says buying a house can be very difficult/lots of paperwork etc. but it was super simple. I felt like I barely had to do anything at all.

Sandy falsified info on loan docs. Didn't communicate. Caused domino affect for buyer and sellers....don't trust anything !!!
Donnie was good with his timeliness and communication with me as the Listing agent.
