He and his team were very responsive and I had no concerns. The escrow company was the only one that delayed things for me, which NAF didn't choose anyway. Buyers are very happy.

The loan processor was not great at responding and because of her there were delays and also i hjad to shiop out the checks myself even though they need to ask title company and the processor didnt even give me account numbers that needed check...
