Samantha Bustos and her team were gracious, prompt, and effective.

The desired outcome, was not what was discussed at the beginning of the process. How to get the appraisal higher; recommedations may have helped acquire the desired outcome.

Everyone was great! Process was completed efficiently, communication was constant, and the end goal (refinance) was achieved much quicker than anticipated - about 2 weeks in total.
