Marcelo was great he explained the whole process in great detail so we understood everything. Lori Gordon got everything done for us, just wish the process wasn't so long, other than that we were very happy !

It took much longer than expected. The hoops were too many and made the experience poor. Janice was always available by phone so that made it possible to bear.
