The folks at New American Funding were surprisingly friendly and responsive. While others made us feel pressured to take their "best offer," New American did the extra work and provided us multiple options which found us even better options....

Great professional help with refinancing and working on the best rates possible!
Scott was great but communication with Stephanie was poor and whatever support staff was involved with paperwork seemed to have problems with details such misspellings, company names, addresses and checking details.
