Consistant attention to the transaction would have helped a lot and not being so last minute with solutions to problems. Extending the financing deadline and closing three times almost caused the buyers to lose the house. Meeting deadlines...

Nina was great throughout the process but Kathy wouldn't respond when we would ask if she had everything she needed which delayed our CTC and gave us 1 day to move. If Nina and her manager didn't get involved we may have not even had the day....
