Michael helped me navigate buying my first house extremely straightforward (well, as straightforward as the mortgage process can be, at least). He was a straight shooter, and didn't beat around the bush in unfavorable situations.

The website is constantly down, customer service regarding this is painful. Sammy was great, but otherwise everything else was aggravating.
