Very professional and took care of issues very quickly
The whole process was quite easy and Peter kept us informed the whole time. I was skeptical at first but Amerisave, Peter and Krista made the whole process go much smoother than expected.
Improved communication throughout the processing would have helped. Times are busy right now and 90 days isn’t normal processing time. We called weekly and still didn’t couldn’t get an update on the status of the loan... loan processor didn’t...
