It wasn’t Josh, but the process to get the paperwork done. The entire process and experience needs to be revamped. Josh always did what he could, but the individuals handling the paperwork were disorganized.
I already submitted surveys and complaints describing my experience. Was told max 45 days, closing took 86 days. Constant delays with lack of meaningful communication, and lack of transparency. One of the worst business experiences of my life....
