I was guaranteed by SUSANA J MIKOLAIZIK that my insurance check would be over nighted to me, 5 days later it still hasn't been sent. I called for an inspection 3 months ago, they claim it never happened but my home has been deemed 100% completed....

The refinance took almost 2 months, I was asked to supply the same information many times , I actually felt harassed by the number & repetitive questioning emails. I am sure this was not Heather’s fault but the way AmeriSave’s process works....

After initial contact with Ramme my experience with Amerisave was average to poor. A lot of things were missed on their end and failed to let me know until last minute. The process also took a very long time.
