Communication was very limited. My loan was supposed close in November but ended up closing in December which caused more pre-paids and less cash to me at close. I only learned of this by reviewing the closing disclosure.
Katherine Luddy was amazing to work with. She walked me through the whole process and communicated with me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Katherine to everyone !
Relatively easy process that seemed to take a bit longer for closing than I would have anticipated. Likely understandable given so much refi activity right now. The float lock thing seemed odd but overall I accomplished what I set out to do....
