Was told we would get the appraisal funds, $625.00, back at closing and that didn’t happen. Also, the monthly payments are higher than was told or saw in Closing Disclosure.

Everything was excellent, I only rated lower because I did not get my locked in interest of 6% as promised. I received no explanation even after requesting one. I closed within the allotted time with no problems and I closed at 6.25%
