I felt that John was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out to him. However, due to the complications of our closing process, I would have expected more communication initiated on the lender's behalf.
My problem was not with Gwyneth, but with your whole Mortgage Department. I would not recommend this bank, and now I feel I went with wrong bank. Gwyneth was nice, and was there to receive my calls but the rest of the staff at Towne Mortgage...
