Except for misunderstanding on deadlines all requests for data was easy to upload to get to close. The app was not that easy to figure out, but still was simple once figured out.
Mr John Hamilton patiently guided me to navigate this stressful process. He is a true professional and great communicator. I appreciate all the help and I am very grateful. Thank you
