While there were hiccups with the previous loan officer Cindy, Chelsea and Tom were able to communicate with me quickly and explain The process in a way I would be able to understand.

The way everything was handled from the quality of work they did to the speed and efficiency of getting it all complete in a timely manner there was not one thing that I wasn't kept in the loop about great company great job.
