Matt Primrose was awesome to work with. He made sure we understood what we needed to do next and was quick to answer our questions.

Matthew helped guide us through our first time buying a house and made it extremely easy. He made sure we were up to date on what our next steps were and assisted with any questions we had.

Jennifer Nye was an great lender! Communicated and was very polite and attentive to questions.

The process was fairly simple and went quickly. It was easy to upload anything that was needed and communication was good. My only critique would be the process for paying creditors with a cash out refinance, I wasn't a fan of paper checks...
