Is Diamond was more prepared and had asked for all the stuff before closing like two three days before would of made me more happy and missing my orginal closing date was very disappointing

Jeff's knowledge about the loan process was phenomenal. He was on top of the transaction from the start and made sure to request what was needed early on in order to meet deadlines. Thank you Jeff.

I recieved my keys a week after closing. Being in between homes, while waiting to recieve the keys, for an entire week was very stressful and a horrible experience.
