Self employed applicant and Warren and the staff addressed every point during the process extremely well ... I placed ALL my faith in his confidence and was not let down.

Cassandra Payne and her team were great at keeping me informed during my loan application process. Outstanding customer care!

It took an inordinate amount of time. (From January to the end of May) Things were asked for that had already been sent several times. Kristina herself was nice but her assistant didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Outstanding service and attention to every detail from Nancy and the finance team. Nancy was always available to answer questions and kept me appraised throughout the process.

Process was pretty easy and both Amir and Desiree worked with me on any changes to the loan.
