My health was taken into consideration when other banks didn’t care if I got Covid or not.

They made the steps very clear and made uploading information easy. However, they did not help protect us from potential issues with tenants becoming squatters. It was a personal friend/lawyer who caught the loophole that could have left us...

The issue was not with Cassandra Payne. The issue dealt with additional fees that was attempted to be tacked on to our refi. However, it was Cassandra Payne who ultimately was able to rectify this problem in our favor.

Kristina Grzywacz is great. She was very informative through the process of refinancing.
