Not people or Military friendly, borderline racist and horrible to do business with. Their catch phrase should be we will drag our feet till the last possible minute and still mess things up. Took 48 hrs with USAA to get more done than 10 days...

Carlos was a consummate professional. He always responded in a timely manner and made the entire process painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
