Great experience with Natalie and team, we had a bit of a complicated refi, they were able to get it done in a reasonable time much appreciated !
I really appreciated Natalie's proactive approach in locking us into a favorable rate, especially considering the alternative. If she didn't take the initiative to act and lock in, we might not have gotten the rate that we did.
I had a great experience working with Bryan. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and consistently provided clear and thorough communication.
