Mann Mortgage was fantastic. The issues were on our end with NAU’s payroll challenges but Sheryl and Kris went above and beyond in helping us sort through the hiccups.

Work on organization, we had to submit documents multiple times because nobody in the company seems to communicate or maybe they were getting lose. Also, our loan closed 3 months ago and we have yet to get any paperwork or even mortgage statements...
