John was very clear in setting expectations and delivered exactly what he promised.
New upload functionality, a smooth straightforward process and a rate better than many banks but with no closing costs=thank you
It very easy to work with you and the closing was a smooth process.
The team was very pleasant to work with. We were informed each step of the way. If we had any questions we just asked and had our answer within hours. Submitting the documents on line quickened the process as well.
The mortgage app made it simple to keep on top of all the paperwork needed for the refinance.
