Working with my loan processor Tricia Marinella give me hope when seems impossible, she was always there to answer any questions I have and would explain so I would understand the process of owning a house.
The communication and process was made very simple.

Friendly and clear communication
You were always available and very knowledgeable. You were able to explain everything going on in ways that made it easier for me to understand.
Team kept us informed on each step of the process. Questions were answered quickly. Team was flexible on communications and time.
