I would say my experience was pretty good, the only tip I have is to have a bit more detail in email correspondence (i.e break down of costs in each email sent to avoid confusion).

Could have used more updates on the process and what was next. Would have been nice to know more of the process of closing/ timelines and who would need what information etc.
