Jay was so incredibly helpful throughout this process. This was my first time purchasing a home, so that meant a lot of ridiculous questions. Jay was always willing to answer them and keep me informed on the steps of the process with his videos....

Jay was very aware of my needs and through the process explained each step in detail. He also constantly kept me informed where the paperwork was and what was going on via email
