    More accurate information on timeline. I don’t mind if it takes a long time but I wish I’d been told that up front. Loan closing ended up almost two months after what I expected and was initially told.

    Jim was always quick to get back with me anytime I emailed him or left him a message. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand up front how refinancing would benefit us and what options worked best for our situation
