Jim was willing to call us and give us direct information. I liked having that service of actually speaking to someone.

Responsiveness

Jim Answered when we had questions and helped the communication between us and Rebecca (the one asking for paper work). Rebecca was hard to connect with and would not answer most of are calls until Jim reached out.

Jim made the loan process so easy!! I’m a first time homebuyer & I’ve heard horror stories about how long & frustrating the home-buying process is! That was certainly not the case at all!! Not only that, but Jim was always available whenever...

Jim’s response time was impeccable. I appreciated his availability on weekends when I constantly reached out to get updated approval letters. It’s certainly a weird time to borrow money and buy a house. Jim was upfront, answered all my questions...

He was easy to reach and communicated every step of the way
