I would say the back end of it..... there were 3 different people I had to speak or work through. Then it seemed like I had to keep resending documents. It seemed like the process took longer than usual...

Great person to work with, very helpful.

Richard helped guide us through the process with care. We mostly communicated with his assistant Rachel, who was wonderful to work with.

They worked quickly and made us feel at ease with the home buying process.
