Lori Williams was fantastic! Even though there were a few hiccups, Lori constantly kept me updated, was available to me at all times, and was friendly and knowledgeable during the whole process. That was more important to me than a smooth process...

Amy made it great. She has next-level communication. Day, night, late night, she was always very timely in getting back to me. She also made the process easy and eliminated hassles for me, which I appreciated.
