The whole process was very easy.
Bob was very helpful. He was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience working with Bob, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for any type of home loan.
Better communication. A huge misunderstanding on the rate lock should have been avoided which caused substantial delay and possibly a good bit a money had the rates not fallen.
