Service was great, Tom always responded very promptly. i was a first time home buyer, and didnt really know what I was doing and the group at NAU was extremely helpful.

Personal communication from Tom every step of the way. Always willing to go the extra mile for his buyer clients to make sure they are prepared to buy and guides them through the purchase experience.
