Answered all my questions, made refinancing an easy process.

It would have been a more informative and easier experience had it been held in person. Due to the fact multiple hands touched and read the same forms we ended up sending the same information more than twice, which was frustrating.

John was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He also took as much time as needed to make sure I fully understood everything that was going on.

Everything was great.

It was a fairly easy and fast process. I did feel like there were too many people involved and I didn't know who to ask what questions to.

Is there any lender better than Tom Sinak? I think not!!!
