I was extremely nervous and anxious about being my first home. Every conversation with James was always calm and pleasant his tone of voice never change which help me to relax a but some trust in this process.

Despite Covid restrictions everything went well. All communication was by computer or by phone. When I had questions Tom was quick to respond.
