Tom was available and able to answer all the questions my wife and i had during our first home buying process. He played a huge role in making our closing happen very quick and seamlessly.

Accessibility to all records before choices are made. My closing was delayed because the seller had a lean on the property. My final walk through was delayed because the other realtor took the lock box. Bad communication.
