Amy was very easy to reach throughout the whole process. She was very in top of things, gave good explanations, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.
Tom was great. the only negative feedback we have is that the person handling our closing did not wear a mask when she came out to the car.
The loan process was quick and efficient with Chris, and we appreciated getting some visuals on our different loan options. He was even able to move up our closing date, which was incredibly helpful!
