Tom was just a great help to help me understand the ins and outs of the loan process and what I needed to do. And he never hesitated on answering any questions I may have.

As first time home buyers it can be a very stressful process but Whit made it very easy. We are so thankful for New American funding and their hard work for getting us into our dream home!

My father and I share the same name, this was the first refinance that I have done without I having to prove I am not my father and that I do not own his house, his company, or his commercial property.

New American Funding's online portal was easy to use, the staff clearly communicate with you, and work to help you meet your financial goals.

Tom clearly communicated each step of the way what to expect, what was required, etc. Also, he answered any questions we had.

Explained everything and never felt rushed.
