Chris always does a great job answering client's questions and walking them through the entire process, step by step.

Seemed like everyone was on a different page with sending documents. Kept having to send them multiple times. Let them know that’s all we would have/ got from the bank and Schwab. Didn’t always keep in touch with my realtor when asked for documents....

Jeff is very easy to talk and is always available for questions. He doesn’t make you feel like your wasting his time and makes you feel like your the only client he is.
