Experiance was good allaround with the exception of some miscommunication on how much additional cash was comming into the transaction before close. It was worked out to a datisfactory conclusion and Dawn & Erinwas able to spend her time assisting...

This was our first home purchase. The process was extremely new to us and we could have used more communication and deeper detail into what everything meant. Lack of prompt communication was a big thing for me.
