Eric was very quick/responsive to get information, like pre approval, appraisal , and closing info to the title company. He was great to work with!

Tom came through in a pinch when my first loan company was unable to write a loan with acceptable terms. Tom was able to meet my needs and get it done in less than 2 weeks so I was able to close in a reasonable time for the seller and for me....
